As a volunteer with Engage Youth Foundation, we expect you to:

  1. Be committed to our mission : Share our passion for engaging and inspiring young people to reach their full potential.
  2. Be reliable and responsible : Attend volunteer sessions and fulfil your commitments.
  3. Be respectful and professional : Treat all individuals with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
  4. Maintain confidentiality : Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality as required.
  5. Uphold our values : Adhere to our values of integrity, diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
  6. Flexibility and adaptability : Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and needs.
  7. Social media and public representations : Exercise discretion when sharing information about EYF on social media.
  8. Recognition and appreciation : Acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of fellow volunteers and program participants.
  9. Problem resolution : Report any issues or concerns related to your volunteer experience promptly to program coordinators.
